I think you're right. In the unlikely event it does turn out to be correct, it's very over priced.

While taking another look, I see the seller has added a picture showing the label.
It still looks like a China baggie to me. Error on UKG's part? The seller has other graded Ledy figures, if they went as a single batch, maybe this one slipped through?

Seller has pulled the auction & mentioned UKG have acknowledged the error. Not sure how that will get 'fixed'.

AJ was this the same seller that had a ukg graded leia bespin Ledy that for sure did not have a Ledy cape?
