Guy wants $125 for it.... It's of course 1983 Vader, it is unpunched which is great, but the bubble is yellowing, the normal sticker tear and the card as some minor creases.

I offered $75 for it (first offered $65 which he said no). Now he's thinking about my $75 offer. I think it's a fair price.

Should I stand strong at $75? I just can't see paying $100 for one in that kind of condition.

I would skip it and go for one with a nice card without stickers instead. Vader is pretty easy to find on this card. Made in Mexico cards often have clearer bubbles too if you don't like yellowing.

Have patience, you can win one in an auction that's in better condition for about the same price.

Unless it's a more difficult cardback, I would wait for a better example. You can find a nicer, issue-free one for around $100usd
with a little patience. My biggest concern with this is the yellow bubble, and this being the 2nd RotJ Vader release card. You usually
see this more on the 1st series (original cards), so there is some serious plastic degradation going on. At some point it *will* crack.
Not if/maybe/possibly ... it's a matter of when.
Why get into something you know you are going to lose money on, when you can spend a little more and with some patience you can
find a nice clear bubble with a better card ?
