I was thinking about changing my screen name and going with a very simple John_R . There's nothing behind it, just thought maybe a little change wouldn't be so bad. I mentioned it in chat and was surprised that the folks said not to do it.

Are you attached to your screen persona? Is it a different person than you are? If I met Darthberizing I'd say he and John_R are fairly similar. I pretty much act the same as I do in the real world. Anybody let their online name give them a licensce to be someone else?

Actually, anyone use a screen name to hide your true identity from a spouse, friend, love muppet??

All I can say My Little Pony ( ) is the same as I did that night. Dont do it. It wouldnt be the same if you did. Everybody has got used to peoples screen names here and if it changes to drastically, some wont know whos who any more. It would be like me changing mine to something else. They would be like who the fuck is this and where did Chris go. Know what I mean?

the new one just isnt working. Its like the artist formally known as Prince. Hes still Prince no matter what he calls himself. But I do like My Little Ponies better for your screen name.

I was toying with the idea myself. But I think it would be a confusing pain in the arse really. That said, I think Andy - Ganga Fett used to be Darth Ganga didn't he? Now it seems weird that he used to have that old name in the first place. I think the Admiral changed his name too at one time.

You should let us down slowly. Change it to:

'Lobot_Berizing'

then 'JarJar_John'

then 'Call_Me_John_honey'

then just 'John_R'
