Just wondering if anyone knows if Boba Fett came on Palitoy 41 back card with a square edged bubble? I'm looking at buying this figure, but have real concerns about the legitimacy of the card/bubble...heres a pic...


Thoughts?

it may be worth posting this question on SWFUK as its a UK based forum & there are many Palitoy collectors on there, from what little I know about pali carded (& it is little) they all came with a rounded edge bubble, but as said my knowledge of the subject is very limited.

I love the Large palitoy Logo pali's though.

fake looks like the likely answer. Its a 41E back, which according to the Mr Palitoy site, doesn't even exist with palitoy cards. So its either the find of the year, or a custom card...

Here's what a real one looks like. Top left is a 30b followed by a 41b and 41c. It's a 30B palitoy logo on the front, and a kenner/palitoy 41/41E on the back which would make it a custom.

This is clearly a custom...

There's a good reference on the SWCA ; "Palitoy 30-Back Boba Fett"

Good Luck finding one sealed example...!!!

well someone got this for the bargain price of about $300...don't think they'll be too happy if/when they find out its a custom job
