Has anyone seen these over the years? I got this with a job lot about 10 yrs ago. It is very very soft rubber like arms, legs and head. Torso is solid like a normal figure and there are no pegholes. And yes it is a wee bit smaller than an original.





Any ideas?

Looks like a Poon Fett (rubber limbs, no peg holes or leg markings) BUT no rocket firing mechanism :scratch: Are those dots air bubbles?

No air bubbles, just pigment. Certainly a casting but as I said 10+ years old. Was Poon faking the funk on the nasty dunk back then?

I don't know how old his Fett's are but he's been around a while.

I dont doubt it is one of his. It is still a nice odd thing to have in the collection. I have a Hoth Snowtrooper with unpainted AT AT drivers legs and arms and I think he is an awesome figure, more than likely of his too??!!??

Fett:

Poon limbs and stripped torso from an original. I can see fragments of the paint (brown and violett from the backpack)

The limbs are tougher to strip because the colors can ink into the limbs!


4-LOm: green harness is discoloration!

Post a pix of the Snowtrooper, Chopper. Sounds to me its either a limb swap or possible bootleg. Cant tell until we see it. But the Polish Snowtroopers came with either Biker Scout or Tie Pilot limbs that I know of. But the Polish section on SWCA is so outdated, its possible.

Limbs are not rubber, they are AT AT Driver arms and legs unpainted. No idea where its from? Got it off a collector. Limbs are nice and tight, no scuff marks or rubbing on the arm or leg joints. What ever it is, they did a bloody good job

Are the figures part lines cracked like on the Fett?

No, this one is perfect. I agree that it is more likely a limb swap, but its been done with much care and there is little evidence left behind of a figure that has been tampered with.

Who ever did this was precise !

There is no "more than likely", it is in fact a limb swap. Nothing else. Did you look at the crotch of the figure, that's usually where they are separated and the most evidence can be found.

It's just an oddity, don't over think it. If it looks too good to be true, than 9 times out of 10 it usually is.

I just hope you didn't over pay for it or anything.

You dont need to crack the torso to swap limbs! There is a trick that I wont post...but swapping limbs is sooooooo easy...believe me!

This is a limb swap...10000% percent...nothing else!

From memory I paid around $15 for it. It displays well and looks sweet !!
