| Is this the same Ackbar? "EXCELLENT FIGURES LILI LEDY IN C8, ONLY THE ACKBAR WITH STAFF, AND SOLD AS IS." This is what I got: & no staff

| Could be the same figure, you know the flash in a photo can hide so many flaws...
Anyway, that figure is not in C8 condition or even near imo and then the fact you didn't recieve the staff aswell... i would get my money back and sent that figures back to the seller. |

| I agree with Stargeezer. Not C8 and no staff. Bad seller. |

| The ackbar pictured is definitely not the one you received looking at that picture!

| I think they could very easily be the same toy.
The problem is that the auction photograph is overexposed, making everything look whiter and brighter. Flaws are hidden, color is different, etc. It's an easy mistake to make -- and an easy trick to pull if you're the nefarious sort who might choose to do this sort of thing.
You definitely have a valid argument -- the grade doesn't fall anywhere close to the reality of the toy, and there's no staff. However, careful about basing your argument on it being a *different* figure as the seller might be able to demonstrate otherwise (perhaps with other photos that didn't get used, etc.).
Good luck! |

| OK, so I had a Paypal dispute opened 45 days after payment- for non delivery. Items were received a week latter but I wasn't happy with the missing staff & paint so I changed the claim to item not as described. Because the seller never addressed the claim my money was all refunded. I have since contacted the seller twice to offer to pay some money back to him ( I'm keeping the figures- postage is more than they are worth ) I haven't heard back from him, I feel the right thing to do is offer some money but he hasn't replied to my messages nor has he sent me the staff as he said he would. What would you do?? |

| you've tried to do the right thing, and karma is looking after you. No staff but two free figures. I'd call that a wash and move along...move along.... |

| I agree. You tried to do the right thing. I'd just forget it now. The seller doesn't seem too worried about it. |
