I have a carded ROTJ 2-1b figure that I believe is a recard.

First, its on a ROTJ card but the bubble has a stem at teh bottom which is common on ESB cards.

Second, the bubble does not have the waffle pattern seal liek most figures have.

Third, the back of the card the UPC has think bold lines.

It says made in Hong Kong or Macao as labeled herein. Is this maybe an international version where this is normal?

Good you got the pictures up

I can confirm the MOC is 100% real.

Many MOC's especially foreign dont have waffle patterns and the same applies to some Kenner issues like the 48 backs.

The difference between certain card stocks and prints can vary widely some have very glossy finishes some have a dull matt finish others have very sharp prints others are not so sharp.

REPROS / Recards use modern laser printers 99% of the time so its pretty easy to tell them apart in most cases.
