| I have done my research and Im looking at a han solo hoth with moulded legs. They seem to be around £40-68 the ones that I have seen. I tried to google han solo hoth varients but didnt get any good hits. Can anyone point me in the right direction with regard to varients of this figure and approx prices if you can. Many Thanks Andy |

| I've seen a couple on ebay over the past month or two. The loose ones in top notch mint condition have gone for over $100 USD.
There was one that was all beat up (lots of paint wear and loose joints) that sold for like $35 USD.
Other than that... thats all ive seen!!!
I'm in the market for one as well!!! So if I see any andy Ill let you know!!! Keep on the look out for one for me as well!!!!

| "that's all I've seen"- search through old RS classifieds 55 pounds, $US55, I've paid $AUS70, John sucks & only paid $10 for his. As for other variants http://www.landoslocker.com/range_esb/han_hoth.shtml 10 pounds per variant max. MERRY CHRISTMAS |

| I know its a prefrence thing but would you say the moulded legs is the one that people tend to try and get. I would say going on price that seems to be the most expensive on e-bay. I looked at the varients on the site James and again there isnt much to pick from IMO between each varient. So in a way it almost seems pointless paying top money for the moulded legs. If I see any of them I will post back on here and let you know. |

| Here is some link to some http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/STAR-WARS-VINTAGE-HAN-SOLO-HOTH-MOULDED-MOLDED-LEGS_W0QQitemZ310176424241QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_ToysGames_ActionFigures_ActionFigures_JN?hash=item4837f4a131 http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Han-Solo-Hoth-Molded-Legs-80-Vintage-Star-Wars-Figure_W0QQitemZ160389135756QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item2557effd8c http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Vintage-Star-Wars-1980-Han-Solo-Hoth-MOLDED-LEGS-figure_W0QQitemZ350274898410QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item518e02c9ea There are a few more but these where all reasonable figures for cheaper than £100 |

| "there isnt much to pick from IMO between each varient" that can be said about most figures You need to decide what you're going to call a variant. Most start with significantly visual differences, then painted vs molded plastic, sculpt variations and then all leg marking variations. Molded leg Han Hoth ticks all these criteria IMO. I wouldn't pay more than 50 pounds for one- "seems pointless paying top money " They are 1-5 on Wollf's guide: |

| Again I cant wait for Wolf's Guide it will be fastic. Ye I think I will go the molded leg route. I like the lighter colour better. I think I will wait awhile though as I think there are lots of other figures that I could spent £50 on that are better than the Hoth. Thanks again James. I like the comparison photo. Its much nicer when you have them all in front of you like that and you can start to compare them. It makes it much easier to decide. 42 mins until Christmas!! |

Don't forget that included shipping as well. Guys here is the key. I won't even charge you since it's Chirstmas LOL Don't search for Molded Legs Han. Search for Han Hoth and you will eventually find on that's a molded legs. I had someone last weeek tell me he's been a SW collector and dealer for 20yrs and never heard of Han being molded tan and painted blue. My point is plenty of people don't know it and just list it as a regular figure. Trust me on this one |

| Exactly as John says, there are figures out there that many people don't know about. The Han Hoth molded legs turning up after not being not being mentioned in the description is one that you here about again & again. |

| I thought about searching for normal han hoths and trying to find one with the molded legs. Its alittle harder for the untrained to find one that way but I do agree that it is by far the cheapest way to obtain one.
I will have a go at getting one this way. |
