I have'nt heard from Jimmy in a long time,hope he's ok.

Yeah was thinking the same the other day. Last I heard from him was on SWCC after the custom comp about a month ago. I know he hasn't been in the happiest of times so he needs to get his butt back on here so we can slap a smile back on his face!

i just found a cellphone nr linking to him, tried sending a text to test the waters.. no answer yet.

hey guys , there where a couple of reasons that made me disapear

but the most important reason was , that bad luck had caught up with me in the worst way

i know some might think different if it happend to them

the thing is i lost the women i loved with whole my hart and soul

and nothing that normaly makes me happy like sw and skateboarding

could take away the pain , so instead of risking the possiblity of me losing my love for these things i decided to take a break

also i was depressed all the time , i was starting to feel i was bothering to many friends with my grief

so i did the only thing i could think of , drink hard and party even harder , met alot of hot women wich made me realise

just how much i really love my ex , well i did get to the point that i got over it and got back to life

met someone new , had lots off fun with her , got back on my board

and now iam getting back on the boards aswell

my ex , iw now crying at my door step everyday , i decided that she still is my best friend so i allowed her to come back in my live as that ,

yesterday noon i send her to a doctor , because she was feeling really bad , 5 houres later she called me to say she was in intencive care and was diagnosed diabetic ,

so not all of my problems are cleared yet

Jimmy dude, great so see you up and running again, was getting worried but knew about ya troubles so understood. My girls type 1 diabetic so if there's any advice I can give you then give me a shout bru and I'll be sure to help.

Hey Chris, is your mum type 1?

My gf is and has been for 20 years but went near enough blind at the beginning of the year. It's on the mend now and she's almost got her good sight back in one eye but it's been a tough year for both of us. She's just about managing to control her levels now but it's still tough.

She's Type 2 and shes had it since her 20's. She has to take shots everyday for it. Like she said, alot of people have it and never realize they do until its almost to late.

Yeah true. I thought it was just type one that takes shots and the rest took tabs. So they've all got it tough either way. When you're with someone that has it makes you realise how much we take our body's for granted.

Couldn't have said it better. Not just with diabetes, but when its anything major, it makes you think. When my dad had his heart surgery almost 3 years ago, it got me worried about my health since it runs in the family (my mom had it done several years ago also.).

My mum was taking the tabs, but it wasn't helping her. The docs put her on two shots a day to help hers out, but she still has to watch what she eats and drinks for it. I hope your girls eye sight fully recovers and I'll keep her and Jimmy's ex in my prayers.
