After months of going through the long and tedious paper work of buying a house on short sale.... and being held at the mercy of the mortgage company and bank.... my wife and I finally closed on our first HOUSE on June 9th!!!!

I've been triming and chopping down bushes and trees for 2 days straight!!!!

Wouldn't have been so bad.... if the people that were renting the house that we bought took care of their lawn at least once over the past year or so!!!!
