I don't know about you guys but the 2000+ Modern Die Casts cluttering the Vintage SW section of eBay UK is really starting to piss me off.

I feel sorry for any sellers who have genuine vintage SW items sandwiched between this crap as its gonna mean potential buyers could miss them.

Why can't people just list in the proper place!

It could be worse it could be 2000+ repro weapons or those damn posters!!

US Ebay is the same way. Its got to the point I don't even like looking for something on Ebay because of modern shit popping up. Guess we need to re-write what vintage is, 1978-2008.

Chris the USA eBay has always been like that for me as the categories arent specific enough over there bud so end up filled with modern crap.

Whereas the UK eBay has the following categories

Vintage (1977-89) - Figures (Loose)
Vintage (1977-89) - Figures (Original Carded)
Vintage (1977-89) - Figures (Resealed)
Vintage (1977-89) - Vehicles/ Playsets
Vintage (1977-89) - Other

Which imo make it much easier to search for stuff at least it was until some jack ass from hong kong floods the sections with 2000+ modern die casts at staggered end times!

Thankfully i worked out how to create a search that doesn't show this seller.

Yeah it does bud when i go on ebay.com its a bloody nightmare looking for MOC's as not all sellers put MOC in the title so just searching the word MOC means you can miss a good chunk so you have to trawl through pages of crap instead.
