Can some explain the rules i not sure why people get numerous votes is it a 24 hour thing?

Also who dictates when the new rounds start and what items go in?

You can vote multiple times per day as long as its on a new round.

A new round starts when either an item is killed (reaches 0) or an item is saved (reaches 60)

I was hoping when it started we could have got 8D8 up to 60 points really quickly and vote on the lowest one to keep getting chances to vote again once the new round starts after a kill but its just up and down and now down and down lol

Lets say 8D8 was at 40 when someone else was saved / killed does he start the new round on 40 or do they all start at 30 again?

Yeah he stays on his points, only the new item goes to 30 to start then the round starts and the voting carries on, all points remain unchanged apart from the new item/figure.
