I just wanted to alert everyone to a UK based seller called weregettingstuckrightintothem6 .

This seller specialises in vintage Star Wars items but they take the money and the items never arrive. I bought a couple of things when their feedback was all positive. I waited and waited before contacting them, they then asked me to wait even longer before eventually issuing a refund via an e-check (e-cheque). This refund was then cancelled with no explanation and since buying from them their feedback has been all negative.

The seller doesn't have anything for sell currently and they may well be onto a different account by now but thought it was worth highlighting them.

ebay has been informed.

Thanks for the heads up. You're probably right they're moving on to another account already. Can you still claim the money back via Paypal, or does the E-check rules prevent that? Might be worth giving paypal a call if you're out of pocket on this.

Thankfully I got a full refund from ebay. It wasn't a lot of money but judging from this guys feedback he's already scammed around £350 and there may be more people who haven't left feedback. He seems to sell relatively low priced items (up to around £50) so I guess that makes the scam more believable.
