| The time has come for me to own one. I told myself I never would. But here I am at the end of the journey. I made an offer and I'm waiting to hear from the seller (superb guy). I've completed a full set of loose figures and need 2 more cardbacks to complete those. Does this ever end? |

That is what is great about vintage star wars collecting, and really any collecting I guess, is that it ends where you want it to end. If you want the kenner line, the ledy line, the insert factory here line, or if you just want one figure......it's all up to you. The community excepts all who are nice and want knowledge. Being a collector, at least in my opinion, doesn't mean you have it all or have to have it all. A guy who is just as passionate about his few existing childhood figures as another who is crazed for prototypes; there is a place for everybody amongst this site/group. |

What cardbacks do you need? And it never ends...... I need EV9D9 and Han Carbonite. Then the collection is complete. ALSO: I SCORED A DT Luke from a person here who will remain unnamed unless he wants to come forward. It should be on the way to me this week. |

Congratulations on the DT Luke and that's very encouraging to hear that a fellow member hooked it up! The DT Luke is a marquee figure that goes well in any vintage collection. I finally bit the bullet and purchased one in 2015 and thought I was spending too much then... three years later, not so much. |
