Just got a suspicious letter from paypal@e.paypal.com I'm not 100% sure but I think it's a scam, I have not downloaded the letter. Thought it was worth to mention.

I see they say from time to time they have to change the terms of the user agreement. Does Wise run Paypal now too?

Lol maybe I didn't bother to check much into it last time, since I'm pretty sure it's a scam, though I did look a bit further now.

I got the same message (well with a different name ). The mail directs to a https://cms.paypal.com address, which looks legit to me. I also got scam Paypal messages in the past, but they are easily identified as such as they never include your full name.

I got one of those emails too. Normally scam emails are not addressed to you personally. They are normally sent to "Dear User" or "Dear Member" etc.

I also received this email, and took it to be genuine. If you are concerned about its legitamacy, forward it on to PayPal & they will confirm one way or the other. As already mentioned, scam PayPal emails don't usually include your name. The scam/phishing PayPal emails I've had in the past stated that my account had been suspend & that I would have to verify my bank details / card details in order to reactivate it.

The ones I got I knew were scam ones from them and Ebay always said Dear member. Anything with your actual name should be fine, like the others have stated. But it would be good advise to contact them to see what is going on anyway.
