I agree mate, just wish I had the coin spare !!

Well my Swedish friend I'm with you all the way There are though a few reasons for me purchasing the repro lot. First the money issue, I will not pay the value of real dt sabers for ben and darth (I might get a DT luke again though). Second there are a lot of repro's out there, in a way it's raises a question. Is all the DT figure auctions on ebay the real deal or are most of them hoaxes. Sadly I think most of the figures sold on ebay are fakes. Does anyone dare to purchase such expensive figures with all the fakes? I don't. Maybe from trusted members here or on scum.

When you look at my pictures you clearly can see that they aren't the real deal. I have never stated that the lot where real and I have counted on a ton of relays telling me that the lot where fakes

1) ben like merlin pointed out the figure are all wrong, and the saber are in a wrong collar.
2) luke wrong figure and wrong collared saber
3) dt vader don't know with the figure but the saber are clearly repro.

The jawa on the other hand is the real deal; I bought it at scum from a very trusted member. It where bought together with the canadian cardback.

Besides the the little corner in my collection are there to stay. It's a little corner praising the first true variations in the line of Star Wars toys and I think it look damn cool

I have my DT luke in a UKgrader case cause i dont wanna go through AFA if i ever gonna sell it.

But somewhere deep inside me is this feeling that i some day gonna have a DT vader and ben(remember seven years ago when i picked up SW collecting,back then i never thought i gonna own a DT luke or a blue snag and absolutely not a VC jawa but now they stand in my collection) and i dont want to spoil the feeling and get me a revalve saber.

At last everybody collect their own way and the things they like

I thought i'd post up my recent aquisitions, it was bought for me as a Christmas gift by my wife and children.





It is a work in progress, but it's a great start on what, I hope, will become a mint loose collection and I'm going to enjoy filling in the blank spots and swapping out some of the figures for better ones.

Yep, you understand perfectly.

That entire collection was a Christmas present from my wife and kids. Plus around another 100 or so figures that are not on display.

She kind of gave me a budget around October/November to buy myself a collection of vintage figures, she didn't actually tell me how much I could spend but every week I told her what I'd got and she just said keep going. I couldn't believe my luck!!! She'd been saving for months - without me knowing.

My kids also bought me a few items, 2 Lili Ledy figures, Blue Snaggletooth and the droids R2-D2.

They'd all been planning it for months, to give me money to buy a collection of figures - I wasn't aloud to spend on anything else, only Star Wars figures.

How lucky am I.
