I have a half full case of Palitoy Nien Numb Mailers which are sealed & dead mint & also a case near full of Palitoy Emperor ones, also mint but they have all been cut at the tape seal, looks like they are still sealed for the most part, but if you look close you can see the tape has been cut/split, presumably by the previous owner to check if there are other figures inside (numpty), looks like they are NRFB though.

As far as I am aware these are the only known examples of palitoy overstock mailers, so although there are quite a few, the numbers are not huge globally.
