Does the body armor float or sink??!

I sold a 4-lom on ebay then I get this barrage of nasty messages from him saying the chest armor I sent was repro demanded refunds said he was gonna make a big deal out of it if I didn't do what he wanted, lol funny thing is I've never bought a repro chest plate he sends a picture of it sunk in water, so I went and grabbed mine off the shelf and it sank, pretty darn sure the one I have is authentic. 659019 with circled 2. Then he replied back that I must have 2 fakes then hahaha! Im not some new jack I've been collecting for over 40yrs. Think this guy is just a misinformed jerk. I know not every Kenner accessory floats. But the ID page doesn't specify. And
Any help would be appreciated because I don't want to be a misinformed jerk. LOL

I just checked on 4 of mine and they all sink. Many accessories are supposed to sink. I sell vintage Star Wars items on eBay every week and this sounds like an uninformed buyer (I’m seeing lots of new “collectors” recently who don’t seem to know what they’re bidding on and ask basic questions) or a buyer trying to get a free discount. Tell him to file a return, check the item you get back to make sure it’s the exact items you sent him, report him to eBay if needed, refund him, and block him. Then re-sell the item.
