| Hi T'shot, thanks for adding those great pics Brings back such good memories of either owning some of those or gazing at them in wonder in the toy shops. I had many of the German infantry you show including the two-man grenade launcher, but no vehicles. Good to see those again. It was funny too seeing those plastic trees... especially the one with a half gate attached. I remember now having loads of those that I'd line up to hide snipers behind Nice paint job on the battle damaged building, I had something very similar to that. Also had a set called Beach Head Assault with disc-firing pill boxes I seem to recall, along with soldiers and vehicles on a giant playmat. edit: Brilliant to see the Timpo cowboys and indians too Had lots of those. Didn't know they made other ranges like the military. Now I want to start collecting all these too Great photos as always |

| Stargard Flight Buggy: Thanks to its modular construction this fantastic machine could be constructed: The robot companion: I've always imagined this guy as being like V.I.N.cent (from Disney's The Black Hole movie) The cleverly designed way of attaching a standing figure: |

| Your house must be like a museum. Sections for each line and dioramas. Very neat to see all of the different things you have. |

| I know the Indians have removable/swappable pieces, these soldiers look like they are solid molded together. Do they have swappable parts at all? |

Hi there, those Germans don't. They're part of Britains "Deetail" range, all of which are plastic & have diecast metal stands. The cowboys & Indians were produced by a different company, TIMPO, who adopted to the swoppets style of construction in a big way. |

| This 1979 French ad is a food promo for wild west figures given away with Floraline pasta. Are these figures Timpo? I think I can match the bank robber with a similar figure in the pic AJ posted. |

| Hi Artoo, It's always hard to say from artist illustrations, the poses certainly look very Timpo like. More from Britains: |

| Wow, the detail in the paint to show shading and variation on these is incredible. Especially considering these were little cheap plastic toys for kids. |

What parts need to be constructed on these? Are they seperate from their bases or maybe their guns? They look neat for sure. |
