Need some help with this R2 sensorscope variant. First time I have seen one with the hard plastic drum (same hard white plastic as ledy r2, ledy stormtrooper, ledy biker scout etc). Is this a common figure? I haven't been able to find much info in him. Thanks!

Great question yet I am curious if other examples you've seen have a soft drum compared to the hard drum as you stated? If so do you have pictures of them?

Your best bet is to seek out old threads, if you not done so as of yet, and see if there is an answer.

Keep in mind in may just be what it is...harder plastic and not any 'variant'.

Thanks for the reply post. I have included a photo of the different drum plastics. I've been doing some research/purchasing on this figure and here is what I've found...

I just purchased a carded sensorscope R2 that has the "hard" drum on a 77 A back from the HN factory. I checked my other MOCs (47C & 65A from HN factory) and they have the "soft" drum.

I'm looking at another 77 A back from the HT factory with soft drum.
Also checked 65C from HN and it has the soft style.

Conclusion:
It looks like this hard drum might have been exclusive to 77 A from the HN factory?? Does anybody have this figure MOC to help me confirm this? Again, check the photos to see what I mean by "hard/soft" plastic drum.
