Yes, it's very likely a Ledy Yoda. The giveaways are the deeper green head, and the tacky paint on the hands often resulted in the cape fabric getting stuck to the hands, and of course the no coo & deformed C in the copyright symbol. The Cane would be a deeper color than the dark kenner cane equivalent also, and it should have an EPM on the top of the cane (of the side you've not pictured).
