[size=30]I acquired this Boba Fett this morning and after looking at it closer it appears to have two different colors of green paint on the lower portion of the chest plate.  The blue paint on the rocketpack looks like it was applied with a brush. There are two areas that have clear brush marks.  Any thoughts or ideas on this one, please chime in. [/size]

For sure has been touched up. The blue on the outermost protruding area of the rocket pack shouldn't even be there at all. No fetts had paint on that area of the pack. The green is also touch up, and even appears they used a high gloss on it.

I thought that too, but why would they do such a sloppy job on the rocket pack?  Is there a possibility this is Poch or pbp figure?

One more thing to add. This Boba Fett feels really rubbery and much more bendable than any other figure that I have.

It's just a paint touched up Hong Kong fett not a poch figure.

I don't know if it has ever been confirmed, but I thought a while back there was some information regarding touch ups being done at the factory. As a Q.C. measure to prevent a lot of reject figures. That could have very easily been speculation, or turned out to be completely false by now, but I thought it was worth a mention. Maybe someone else can give better information that I can to either prove or disprove of such a thing.
