What is the best way to tell the difference between the V6 and V7?

Hi, V6 is just an old 'number' for a Lili Ledy blaster. Because Ledy reused moulds there is NO difference ( maybe some slight colour differences) So a Ledy blaster could be V3 OR V7. The reason V6 was not removed form the guide is the other numbers V7, V8 etc. would then have changed and old discussions would have become confusing.

If the V6 Lili Ledy is a V3 mould, i'm guessing it would not have the bar under the square clip?  So then how would you be able to distinguish it from a Kenner V3?  Is the Kenner version more translucent, and the Lili Ledy more solid up against the light?

I have an imperial blaster (blue/black and no bar under the clip) that I bought, and the guy who sold it to me said it's a Kenner V3.  But up against the light, it seems more soild in certain areas than the Kenner (my old one (V3) which I snapped in half as a kid many decades ago).


I can only see light pass through parts of the barrel, while the hand grip is entirely solid (unlike my old Kenner V3).


So did this person actually sell me a Lili Ledy V6, instead of a Kenner V3?
