The new fake rebel blasters:
Fakes on the left, original V2s on the right
Fakes have a gap below the front button and the originals have a gap above the back button ( highlighted in red)
The fakes 'dimple' is more square

For the blasters, what do the mold seams look like on the back of the sight and handle?

2017 fake on left. Is slightly thicker, mould seam not as pronounced

Telescoping saber shaft & tip length is wrong. And they 'rattle' /fail drop test.

Thanks. I noticed the angle on the back of a real one I have and though it might be another way to ID fakes.
