Do you get excited about lettered sabers? I do. I'm not one to want to collect every iteration of lettered sabers, but I like the idea that they can give a sense of time for the figure. My DT Luke has an "A" saber, and that tickles me. I also have a malformed Vader saber where the "BB" looks like "BP" and I have a lettered Ledy Vader saber (P). Are the lettered Ledy Vader sabers in any way more desirable or considered rarer?

I once picked up a lot of first 12 figures on the Kenner display stand. The saber that Vader had was the letter 'A' version. Yes it made that purchase a bit more special. A really good haul at a great price back then. I also remember the figures were all dead minty apart from Luke and R2 which were yellowed to hell

I like lettered lightsabers, anything lili ledy will be more desirable IMO
but I don't consider lettered ledy sabers rare either, just not as many as the kenner ones

all legit accessories are extra special to me these days

I think the letters add a touch of specialness to the score when you bag a figure and you can see that figure coo is an early one too.

Does any one know if lettered sabre hilts are unique to a single factory or company (e.g. Unitoys, kader, smile, etc.)
