I'm a loose vintage collector and came across this Stormtrooper on a 12A Back card that I need some help verifying if it's a reseal.

With no comparison to work with I can't say there is any sort of 'waffle' pattern on the seal of the blister? The seal looks to be 'clean' except where it has lifted in a few area's with the top corner being the most significant. In these areas where it has lifted I do see a pattern of some sort although it doesn't look like a 'waffle' or 'crosshatch' seal. I would describe it as 'speckled'. I've tried to show it the best I can in the pics.

Hi Marcus- this confirms double sided tape:


The cardback is a reproduction ( shape & position of punch hole etc.)

As AJ said, this line shows the tape. No original seal would have lines like that showing separate pieces used to make a seal. In fact the adhesive used would be continuous around the bubble so no "break" in it showing it stop and start at all.
