PostSubject: MasterTyvokka's Limelight 2.0   MasterTyvokka's Limelight 2.0 I_icon_minitimeThu Aug 03, 2017 10:40 pm

Real Life things kept me away from collecting and, more importantly, from posting pictures of what I received from my TIG Secret Santa last Christmas.  To said Secret Santa and everyone else I am sorry and I promise pictures of those wonderful goodies as soon as I've unpacked them.

I am happy to say though that I now have a collection room, or what will be a collection room, to display my collection, not just a small closet under stairs.  I got my loose collection unpacked and in their new display case because I wanted to get them out of the boxes they were in.  I'll have to get at least one more shelf and risers though.

All the boxes on the right are the most of the rest of my collection.  There are still some boxes at my parents house.  If I have a fit of craziness hit me I may actually follow through with an idea of mine to put in a fiber optic star ceiling to hang my ships from.

Why won't the image rotate properly...

MasterTyvokka's Limelight 2.0 Case_115

Lets see if this worked. I had to trim the picture a bit on the wall on the right side to get it to fit for the forum or it automatically flipped. Not sure why it does that but I didn't take out anything other than blank wall space so the picture of the case is still the same.

Thanks, all.  I'll have to keep cropping in mind next time it flips it automatically like that.

So my house was apparently a 1 owner house, built in the 70s, before I purchased it.  A while back I was cleaning out the storage closet in the garage and found this little beauty.  Nothing special as far as vintage weapons go but was pretty cool to find in the house I bought.  After finding it I went on a 1hr. long search of the rest of the house, including some old boxes in the attic, but found nothing else.MasterTyvokka's Limelight 2.0 20170815

You should buy a little shadow box frame for it and hang it up in the Star Wars room! cheers

MasterTyvokka- Awesome to have all of that space available to you-looking good!

Where did you pick up that display case?  I thought I saw something similar at IKEA but wasn't sure.

Got a lot done during my time off over the holidays.  Although, as you can see by the boxes(only half the ones that have my collection in them), ladder, and missing shelves, there is still a lot to be done.

Wow, so much difference between one little cabinet to shelving everywhere. It's looking great.

I like how you added the green cloth for grass to some of the displays. Adds an element to make the display show better.
