| There are 3 different head colours: normal green (goes with HK coos), dark green (no coo), light green (no coo). The picture James edited in looks good. Many thanks! Uli |

| It's an European variant. The Walrusman variants have always been pretty confusing for me... Palitoy, PBP, Meccano no idea.
Many thanks for checking your figures! |

I say the same thing "Walrusman variants IMO are the most confusing of any figure" There is a light green head with "1" , a scar & no markings- I think |

I don't know, that's why I like Uli's description that they are European variants. I've been told my light green head (EDIT scar)is a PBP/Meccano variant. The 'true' Meccano variant has no markings or maybe the "1" and butt vs bean tusks or something like that  Seriously there has been at least 2 RS threads about Wally and I get a headache just thinking about them. They are the kind of threads that non variant collectors just laugh and think we're crazier than we really are

| Uli, go for this pic and add a lightgreen with remaining "1". Then you have all no coos that probably exist! Maybe we cannot say the origin from the figures because Meccano used all three molds with all three coos???? and PBP 2 molds! I think in this case there is no TRUE Meccano or PBP variant! Wolff |

Uli Sorry mate - my mistake. I actually meant to post it in another thread I've been away for a few days and am trying to catch up with everything/post pics etc. I'll move it now out of the way. Bump for Uli - he would like to purchase a light green Wally with '1' scar |
