Hi I hope someone can help, I have recently purchased a Tri-Logo carded Nikto on Ebay, when I received it I thought the bubble looked too new, also there is no crisscross pattern on the bubble seem (although unsure if this was just with Kenner) then I noticed the staff was actually for  Klaatu skiff not Nikto.

Is it possible to have this as a carded figure or is it a recarded mistake? I contacted the seller who has stated he can assure me he purchased it over 30 years ago himself so is original.

Also do all carded figures have the crisscross pattern on the bubble seem or just Kenner.

Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

Hopefully someone can chime in that will for sure be able to help on the waffle pattern seal. From what I know, trilogo figures are notorious for having the wrong accessories packed in and even the wrong figures altogether in some cases. I think I have heard the waffle pattern was only on Kenner cards but I can't confirm.

I think it's safe to say that none of the Trilogos sealed figures have the waffle pattern. So my guess is that it's a legimate sealed figure. A Trilogo Nikto doesn't warrant a reseal.
