What type of figure has the raised blank bar COO? Are they all PBP?

I don't know that they all fit in a certain grouping for sure, but I can tell you they for sure are not all pbp. The raised bar no coo Luke farmboy is meccano (can't remember if glasslite used that raised bar also or not) and the raised bar no coo Death Star droid is also meccano. Without the coo guide in front of me I am not sure of which figures had raised blank bars but those two off the top of my head for sure.

There are a number of 'altered' coo's with a blank raised bar, other examples are Darth Vader & Hoth Rebel Soldier. Basically if a set of figure moulds moved to a different factory, the original coo stamp e.g. Hong Kong was removed. The raised bar was produced by neatly drilling out the original coo. The rough coo scars often seen on Spanish /European figures was produced by filling in the coo stamp with a material like solder. I hope this helps. Very Happy
