This is for sure repainted and not ledy paint. I asked in the mod section and it appears that the leg marking may have been altered, but it could also be a recast piece. Either way it is not an original figure from the factory this way, so be aware.

repainted, in some of the photos you can still see some of the pale yellow underneath
