Thanks for taking the time to post this. I got up early this morning to see how this auction was going with a view to jumping in. I thought I'd check here first though as I saw some concerns about it on one of the facebook pages some days ago but never knew what the verdict was. Needless to say, I stayed out of this one.

So what was the final consensus here about the cape -- do people think it's actually a cut down obi-wan cape instead, and he was untruthful about that?

Damn somebody got rooked out of 550 aus on this fake. Hopefully they won't pay. What does a legit toltoys jawa go for? They seem to be rarer than the U.S. Vc jawa and I have seen some go high in the past, but there was a graded one I was watching not more than a week ago that went unsold at $1400 usd. Of course the seller of it is also known to be a jackhole so maybe that is why.
