This TIE Pilot came in a joblot of pretty rough looking figures. I pulled out the nice looking ones for own collection and set out the rabble for resale. I was unsure about the Tie pilot as he looked a bit rough, but thought I could throw him inside my TIE fighter. While holding him i noticed something odd and was stunned when I held it under a light.
He has a removed coo, but what was odd about it, is that it was on the FRONT of his legs. Also on the other leg the copyright and year had been removed. You can make out the G in 1st image, but in hand can clearly see the remains of Hong Kong. On the other leg only a 82 remains but only the 2 is clear on picture 2.
G on lower leg.

Coo on the opposite side starts under his backside.

It's quite sticky which is why it's probably covered in bits of fluff. Hopefully you seasoned collectors don't make me feel like a noob and say you've got 6 of these already and they're dead common.
Any info would be a help, but It's 1st time I've seen anything like this.
