I am planning to spend 1 week in NYC last week of May.   
Do you guys around know if something special related to Star Wars will be organised on 25th May? Last year was this huge Lego X-wing..I wish I could arrive before the 4th but that will not happen...

And is there any nice shop selling vintage toys at fair price in NYC?

Hi man, when I went there they had some Vintage in http://www.stmarkscomics.com/ but dont expect them to be fair priced.
From what I remember I was looking at a cloud car pilot in rough condition, no accesoires for 20$.
Still check out the shop, lots of good prices on comics and other figures there.

Also check out https://www.toytokyo.com/about for a large variety of vintage and modern toys, very pricey too but worth drooling at.

Sadly I've never seen a NY store with reasonable vintage (price or selection). You're almost better off bringing a few loose figures and selling them to yourself in the hotel. Like a room sale from CE!
