As I think about going on the challenge of finishing as many POTF coins as I can, I was curious if there are many fakes out there and if I need to be careful when looking. I couldn't find anything on the subject easily so was wondering if anyone here can recommend some good sites to read up on?

Try James Gallo's & Mark Salotti's book: Coining a Galaxy. It is the most comprehensive coin guide I have ever seen and is also presented beautifully.
