| That title might be lost outside the US. It's a famous ride at Disney that shows dolls and villages throughout the world. Anywho - I decided to try and start getting a collection together of at least one of every Licensed Foreign Manufacturer. I started with the notion that the logo be in a different language but I've loosened the dewback reins a little. Im also working on a MOC set. So I am slowly phasing out my loose figs and replacing them with a MOC. Not being picky on condition or card release so I get plenty of choices! This is everything except for a Trilogo Yak Face (thx Joetxtek) and Kenner Canada 65bk C3PO removable Limbs )thx Kenn0827) Updated 16 August 2010. I can't seem to get good pics for whatever reason so I took a bunch. I've picked up some new pieces so here we go! So here is my foreign collection thus far: Palitoy Logo Imperial Commander (UK) (Thanks Blutch) Harbert Darth Vader (Italy) (Thanks Ebay) PBP Snaggletooth (Spain)(Thanks Ebay) Glasslite R2D2 w/ Pop Up Saber (Brazil) (Thanks Coopertone) Top Toys Stormtrooper (Argentina) (Thanks Stargeezer) Meccano Jawa (France) (Thanks CocoFstar) Lili Ledy Leia Endor (Mexico) (Thanks Shawn_K) Takara 12bk Princess Leia (Japan) (Thanks Jedidallas) Canadian SW GDE 12bk C3PO (Ebay) 12 Back Harbert C1P8 (R2D2 to the rest of the world) 45 Back Clipper Bespin Guard (Thanks for the help Jaymassive619) 45 Back General Mills R2D2 sensorscope (Thanks for the help Jaymassive619) Death Star Droid (POPY) (Thanks Brian's Toys) Rebel Solider (POPY) (Thanks Steve_Danley) Yoda (Harbert ESB) (HUGE THANKS to Brian's Toys for this!) Emperor's Royal Guard (PBP) (Thanks Toxictoyz) Toltoys Mail Away Nein Nunb U90 (Thanks SWTrader) 21 Back ESB Canadian Boba Fett AFA80(Ebay) 65 Back Tsuksuda Weequay (Thanks Joetxtek) 65 Back Tsuksuda Klaatu (Thanks Joetxtek) Italian 4 Pack (BIG Thanks to JosephY) UHU Logray (Thanks Tobi-Wan) 65 Back Meccano ROTJ "Luc" (Thanks 007China) Also very psyched to get my UZAY Vader from AFA was an 85! | "I'm trying to get one of every Foreign MOC made" I've been trying to do this just with cardbacks. Surely you don't need 2 Ledy's How'd you go with the Toltoys? The 'foriegn' stuff certainly does have that extra wow factor |

My plan was only 1 of each but that ERG was too nice to pass up! I got my ass kicked with the Toltoys. I was bidding on the C3PO and got knocked out |

| Great run John, love the focus.
It is something I would love to put together aswell so will be interesting to see your collection progressing mate.
There's been some reasonable Takara carded going on the bay recently, a nice R2 went for a low price the other night. |

It didnt even break $400 The other issue is that since I only have one of each figure (with 1 single exception) it narrows down the field a bit. I cant buy a foreign Vader,Stormtrooper, Jawa, etc... so it makes it a little harder but certainly more interesting. |

| Love the focus John you collect very much like me in the sense you like to have something of everything rather than focus down on one specific area / areas!
With so many outstanding MOC's on display its hard to pick a favourite but i'd probably say lily ledy ERG and the Harbet Vader (ill stop now before they all get added lol) |

| Excellent Idea John!
At least you won't run in trouble like us character focus collectors in tracking down a tough card/figure combination for the figure we are focusing on.
I like how you can see at a glance all the variations in each manufacturer's card. |

| John I love your idea of collecting all these different card styles and I also love the mixture of your set up!
Is this a permanent display or did you only set them up for the picture?

| Steve - I actually have a Ledy Loose Chewy but a carded is on my watch list!
As for the pics. they were a set group shot. I had to dust the shelves so I figured I'd take a nice new pic! |
