| How do you tell the difference between original vintage AT ST parts to the modern "vintage style " 90's versions?
I have bit of a collection of complete AT ST's which i pride on being 100% vintage, but noticed one of my top guns was a slightly different shade of grey. This had me questioning whether a more modern vintage style gun had sneaked into my collection.
I've not knowingly owned any modern parts to be able to compare, but have noticed from pictures that the top guns and underside shield are very similar.

| This is a good question that I never got to answer correctly ( because I don't know the answer ). There are some colour differences in the vintage line itself. Perhaps someone with a modern version can double check. I might find the old thread. edit found it: http://forum.rebelscum.com/t1084524/ |

| It's actually the chest plate that are different colours although my picture doesn't capture it well. One is a more bluey grey (Left). All my others are the same colour so it this that is either a variant or modern. " /> Both have the 354028 B code on the underside. It is different lettering on my top guns. I've mainly the letter A on the side, but do have a B as shown in Aussie's link. |

| The chest plates look good to me. From memory the POTF II version is a darker colour. I'll try & check for you. |
