| Ooops! Sorry. I did not know about the 40 post rule. I have been reading these boards for awhile but I do not usually post that much. I will try and contribute some more in the future.
Thanks and sorry again, Christian |

| Fantastic drawings, love the idea of vintage SW coin machines and those drawings really trigger a nostalgic feeling. Your samples on this site are great, but your work 'under' the link is even more fantastic. |

| I'm happy I checked your site, the stuff there is way better then those you linked here. These aint bad but the others can't really be compared in my opinion. I guess I'm not that into the acrylic/water color look. I know it's hard though. We used acrylic a lot in school while coloring comics and it's not easy. Very well done |

| Thanks for stopping by and commenting everyone! I edited the first post to explain how this thread ended up in here. Those watercolor cards at the beginning of the thread were just some smaller pieces I wanted to make available here in the for sale section. They are actually much larger on screen than their actual size. Typically when pictures are blown up larger than the size they were rendered, they do not look as good.
Looking forward to posting more here about my collecting stories and artwork. Stay tuned...
Happy Collecting! -Christian Slade |

| Here are the paintings I created last May for an original art show featuring Star Wars. Over the last few months, my twin kids have enjoyed a vintage coin op machine outside of a BBQ restaurant here in Winter Garden, Florida. That is where the idea came from. I am not sure these existed in the past but maybe they did...I imagine a company creating these on the side as a hobby and they sit along the wall of a bowling ally or somewhere similar, out in the world. Star Wars Arcade (1977, 1980, 1983) -Each acrylic painting is 8 x 10 on canvas board |

| Nice work, Christian. The Star Wars Arcade paintings are superb! Really evocative of childhood. I like how you add the Pepsi and gumball machine and Ms pac-Man arcade Thanks for sharing! Cheers Paul |
