| From now on you can discuss all the bad decisions HERE! Firstly...From the replay I just saw that SA goalkeeper red card was just a terrible dive, costing a player a chance to finish a game for his country, the other team a free penalty and the fans to leave early disappointed in a horrible decision...Is diving really fucking fair??? |

| Diving is terrible, simply terrible! I did see one official get the diving correct though. I can't remember what game it was, Germany/Australia maybe? He stopped it at the start, and issued several yellows for it. There have been a lot more red cards this year than I would've thought there was going to be. Sounds to me like the refs aren't really willing to take a risk. If it's close, they are issuing the red. Also, from what I understand the Spain game today, the players were more concerned with asking for a foul than playing the game. I get to watch that game tonight! Good topic BTW Joe! |

| Couldn't agree more Joe & Chris, diving is pathetic & makes my blood boil! Ronaldo was up to his old tricks again when he got Zokora from Ivory Coast booked after only 7 minutes! A mate of mine had a really good idea to stop diving. He said when someone dives ,send them off & automatically ban them for 5,10 games etc & award the opposing side a penalty. That would soon stop it! It makes me laugh when FIFA/UEFA continually bang on about fair play & respect when they do nothing to punish blatant cheating which encourages it even more! |

| The 'keeper did catch Suarez' foot, which can be clearly seen on the super slow-mo. So the penalty was justified. And the rules state that a foul on a player who's through on goal is a red card. So again, justified. The fall was a too spectacular, I agree, but that could have easily led to the ref deciding against him. Suarez is infamous in the Netherlands for taking a dive now and then, but this wasn't one of those times. |

| Thats a common nonsense in football: He was "touched" by 1 cm of the foot from the goalkeeper. Watch the swiss/spain game and you can clearly see that NOONE will fall because of such a contact! The guy who made the goal was hit by a full foot with studs while shotting......and he doeasnt fall.....he just makes the goal and then celebrate!!
Penaltys and cards should only be given if there is real contact so the fouled player really cannot go on further. These minimal contacts in full action never detain a real striker from making a goal! In this case his problem was: he just pushed the ball to far...he never would have reached it to make a goal....so he dives!!! Cheater!
What makes me angry is not the refery.....who has to decide in sec and doesnt have a slowmo! My tempreture goes up by the speakers on television: Noone said here it was a dive....and it clearly was: Left leg ...goes apart...then step in the air...then fall: lection one on the "How to dive correctly?" book!

| Anbody saw the assault from the italian striker that hit the goalie from paraguay in the face???
This was intend IMO....a clear hit in the face...has nothing to do with a try to make a goal...or "huh....didnt see the goalie!" |

| So, Anelka gets sent home for his 'abuse' to coach Domenech... The newspapers here are making me laugh: The English press understates by saying the reason was because of a 'rant' or 'angry tirade' lmfao! The Australian press a bit more honest. The French press scathing! My missus tells me the actual translation of what Anelka said to Domenech (Va te faire enculer, sale fils de pute) = "Go and fuck yourself up the arse you dirty son of a bitch". That's a very hot exit from the World Cup for him! And another brilliant role model for the thousands of kids watching the game. |
