I always liked to play Star Wars Battlefront. I mean what is cooler than driving around on a Speeder Bike, flying a Snowspeeder, or shooting Ewoks by accident, in a team based multiplayer game?!!!
I mean besides sitting in a Luke Jedi custome amidst a group of hot looking slave Leia girls?
So you can imagine I was happy to hear this week that EA is going to develop the long awaited Battlefront 3 game.
How about you? Did you play BF I and II?

Hey Steve, that's cool.
I wonder are we the only ones on this forum having played Battlefront?
Maybe we can organize some teamplay next weekend.
Already started to reinstall the game.

I haven't ever played before but I do love video games
Is it a PC game or like a Playstation Type game ? I am a bit behind on game systems - I still have a PS2
never played any type of online or PC games either - I'm very technology challenged

I have played Battlefront I and II on the PC.
Here you got some idea, some serious Star Wars sscapism.

Complete n00b on the SW gaming front, but is this only PC or will it be console based too?
I am an XBOX guy and will pick it up if I know others here will have and play it on the Xbox Console.

At this point, I will wait for BF3 only if there are other Xbox players for it too. I still yearn for the day that any game that is cross platform for consoles is ALSO possible for online multi-player via the same backend network too. It will never happen, but I would LOVE that!

I've got the game on PS2, I'll have to get it on pc & have some serious practice before playing as a team. Otherwise it could prove rather embarrassing! (It's been a number of years).
