Hi, I'm a new member here and I have recently branched out from Vintage Star Wars guys into the original Raiders Of The Lost Ark toy line. Obviously, (compared to SW) there's not a whole lot of information about it out there.

Hopefully, there are some others here that collect them and might be able to answer some questions for me.

First, since they were also made by Kenner, do the general rules for spotting fakes apply? (I.e. FLOAT-TEST, etc.?)

Next, getting a little more specific: was there both a gray and a black grappling hook? Were they specific to any playset?
