I started a toy/comic review page on Facebook last week. Someplace where I could talk about my stuff. Kinda like a blog I guess. Anyway one of the things I wanted to do was try and take some interesting pics to go with the reviews. Not just the figures standing around in a display case. So today was my first entry with unique pics. I decided to share some here for fun. I'll add more as the blog page grows.

First up this time is my 12" Sideshow Toy Frankenstein figure.

Here we have Frank standing in front of the stone foundation in my basement. It makes a great stand in for a castle wall I think.


Next up I decided to play with the sepia setting in my photo editor. I think that looks pretty cool. The stone is the side of the opening to the crawl space under my house. Perfect effect for a Frankenstein's Monster picture don't you think?


Here we have my version of The Creature coming out of the forest in the scene when he tried to play with the little girl and kills her by mistake. This was taken in the bushs behind my house.


And finally we have poor ol Frank on the run by the stream behind my house. I think he can hear the lynch mob coming with their torchs. I hope there isn't a windmill nearby. RUN FRANK RUN!!!!!!!!!

Love the pics - Fantastic quality

Thanks ourchickenshack. It was fun to snap these. I think I'll unbox my 12" Dracula and do some pics of him sometime over the next week.

Todays entry is my figure of a Mole Man from the 1956 film "The Mole People".

Here he is in the crawl space under my house. That spot is awesome for taking pics of monsters.


Here he is in B&W in keeping with the spirit of his 1950s roots. I have to remember to slow down when I do these pics and take a minute to rearrange the figures pose so they don't all look the same.


And here he is at home on my desk. The base looks very cool. He's filling his sack with yummy mushrooms for supper.

On a side note, I think IG has the best "Off Topic" page in all the forums I am a part of. Always stuff worth looking at here!
