| I wish there were others who also graded items then AFA would know that people have choises and they need to have great customer relations or the compitition will take them out. |

| Hey Everyone, I wanted to give everyone an update and put this saga to rest finally. I got back Blue Stars from AFA and they did an amazing custom case for me. It's a sliding back case with support rails.  Chad from AFA was extrememly involved throughout the entire process and kept a very open line of communication. They also did refund me for the damage and even credited me for the grading costs. All in all, AFA did everything they could to ensure they took responsibility and ultimately made the best of the situation. So while I'd have been happier with the figure not being damaged (obviously) I think they did everything that was possible to make it right and for that I am grateful. Chad really did go way beyond the call of duty. |
