| Here are my Top 3. It was a hard decision, but these feel like the Top 3 today...maybe tommorrow it´ll be different 3 ones, with one exception. Leia stays on number one. 1. Trilogo Leia with small blister. I have seen more Trilogo Madines than this kind of Trilogo Leia....that´s why it´s my favourite. 2. A Top notch Palitoy 45back with PBP Bossk inside. Many thanks to Oscar Didier for scratching the sides of the card of this beauty. Tight is always good, but pussys should be tight and not the management bar in a acryl case. (Sorry, don´t know if "management bar" is the right term for the little long piece of plastic, which holds the card in place) 3. My french Trilogo Emperor...which is actually in bad shape...with fat glue residue on it, as seen in Stephane Facourt´s Book "From Meccano to Trilogo". This glue dropped down to the MOCs in a shipping case, when sealing the shipping case with glue. Take a close look at my MOC and the one in the book....they are the same...I bought the figure from Stephane. That´s why it is my number 3. Here´s my 3+ MOC I would definately rate this one at my number one, but a cut blister doesn´t count as MOC. |

| MAN there are some inspiring items posted so far!! Marco let me just say thank you very much for starting this thread. MOC figures are what really drive my collecting enthusiasm these days. My collection isn't overly extensive or flashy but what I've got I really love dearly. Let me also say the choices did not come easy. everything I've got is such a thrill in it's own way, but I think at the moment these three win out: 12 Back Sand People, 41 Back Greedo, 48 Back IG-88. Sand People was my first MOC on a Star Wars card and it was a thrilling auction to win since it was poorly titled and went for well below market value. The Greedo is funny. I was actually fairly disappointed with this purchase at first since the card's a bit wavy and the bubble is lifting in one corner. As a knee jerk reaction I attempted to sell it and quickly struck a deal with a buyer. As I was boxing it I realized that I'd actually become quite attached and had no interest in parting with it after all. Embarassed, I asked the buyer to be understanding and thankfully he was and gracefully took his money back. The IG is just a beautiful card. I think it's something in the way the blues of the photo, the red of the ROTJ logo, and the gold of the block areas all work together to make a really well balanced color palette. Spike it with IG's metallic finish and I just think you've got a card that's hard to beat. MY 3 RUNNER'S UP: SW 21 Back Snaggletooth, ESB 41 Back 2-1B, ESB Offerless 41 Back Boba Fett |

| Some truly amazing figures! I love the Canadian and Harbert Yodas! So many carded figures I have never seen. I just in the last 2 years even realized that there are so many non US versions of figures and toys and that fact has sent my collecting on a non US tangent and I love it. When I get a chance I will post my top 3. Thanks to you all for sharing some sweet ass figs!

| This is easy for me since I only own 10 MOCs, but whether I owned 10 or 100, mine would probably still be the same. Nothing really fancy. First, my unpunched, 12 Back B Palitoy Darth Vader. Not the greatest shape, but my first and only 12 back which I won with comic book store credit won from a Magic The Gathering tournament back in 92 or 93. I will never sell it, I don't know what it is really worth. I just love it... My #1 (LOCKED!)
My #2 would be my ROTJ unpunched 65 Back (Blacked out Ewoks) Princess Leia Boussh Disguise. Card is fantastic (the right side has glare, not whitening) and bubble has only slightly yellowed. Won her with more store credit (MTG tourney again) around the same time as Darth Vader. It's just a bit sentimental with her being with me for so long. Not worth much moola, but if love was money, it would be near priceless to me.
To round my top 3 would have to be another Leia. ESB 31 Back punched Leia Organa Bespin Gown. Nothing special. Not worth much, but adds a different dimension to my loose Leia Bespin focus. I just need a good way to show her off. WOW! I just noticed that my top 3 are a father and his little girl playing dress up!!! Not sure if that is creepy or not. To knock out #1, I have no idea. To knock out #2, I need to get a decent condition MOC Luke Farmboy to accent my loose focus but man, I can't find a good deal on one anywhere without spending over $300. I can't do that now. If anyone can hook a brother up with a deal............... To knock out #3, I would love to get a TriLogo Leia Bespin or to tie her would be the alternate art ESB card. |

| Love this thread, I'm way too skint to afford MOC's but hell I love looking at them! I'll just throw up a quick pic of three MOC's that I love (these are not my figures, they're nicked from the web) I love the Harbert Jawa, just for the fact he's called 'Capo Jawa", the Bespin Han, well what can you say, not by any means my favourite cardback, but you got to love this MOC! Finally, I had to through a Bespin Luke in there, it had to be either the Tri-Logo or the Ledy and I guess the Ledy won, Love the picture and the Ledy logo rules! I can only imagine what a Bespin Luke on a Ledy 'Imperio Contraataca' card would have looked like Sorry for posting stuff I don't have |

| Here are my favorites for the moment. It changes from time to time.
In random order
1. Trilogo Death Star Droid
Love the shiny figure and the Trilogo card desing enclosing it.
2. Trilogo Imperial Gunner with two weapons
Curiosities are always funny
3. Luke Jedi with molded face
Quite a rare figure on card; widely underestimated, but so f*** cool!
Unfortunately I have problems with uploading pics. Maybe because of my newbie status? |

| Some awesome items there guys and I don't just mean the uber-rare items either. I really enjoy reading about people's connection to a particular character or appreciation for the art design. Here's my current top 3 which all share an antipodean link: The Greedo and Hammerhead are New Zealand 21 back characters with the unique oversize pyramid bubble. They both have issues with bubbles themselves which are fragile and prone to crushing and cracking but I am really enamoured with these due to the research I have put in over the years to identify them and track them down. I'm also really keen on anything with an Australian or New Zealand heritage so these fit the bill nicely. The Yoda I was very fortunate to win on ebay many years ago and I think at the time it slipped under the radar of a lot of collectors. This is actually a Survival Kit Offer Yoda which unique to Australia where the offer is printed on the back but not on the front. It's the only character this occurred on with all others having the usual starburst on the front of the card too. In addition this figure also received an update from the next promotional offer for the 4-LOM mail away (coincidentally one of my favourite characters). In conjunction with the printed 4-LOM offer in Australia Toltoys provided retailers with stickers to place on their older stock to help move it. So this figure received the sticker treatment on the front and on the back to cover the old offer. For me there's just so much to love about this piece. It's really unique with the first offer situation, it's doubly Australian with two of the local offers, plus I really like the aesthetic placement of the round sticker on the front which to me inferred the store person did not want to obscure the image of the character itself. The colour in my photo is off and doesn't show the real colour of the offer which is a very vivid magenta. I really don't own a lot of MOC figures as I prefer cardbacks, but the ones I do have tend to be special to me. Honourable mentions: There are some MOC figures I like because of the aesthetics and although I don't own them I really do love the combination of colours and the image chosen. I've always like the Death Star Droid with that chrome and crimson colour scheme. It's striking and bold while also evoking the coldness of an android. 2-1B is often overlooked but the blue and greens on the card work really nicely for me. He looks even better on the tri-logo card where the main image has a real warmth to it and makes the green background really pop! Keep 'em coming people, there's so much cool stuff in here and I'm sure there's even better to come. |
