The cape looks good to me based on the one photo. I would ask the seller for additional photos of the stitching where the cape is joined and also of the lining if you're unsure.
I removed the live link and replaced it with the actual photo in your post.

I thought it looked like a genuine cape, but, due to rather vague description........... It left some room for possible doubt.

Stitching and weave of cape look correct. Colour of cape in photo is a bit out but should be same as leg colour, so all good!!
