Old repro on the left, new repro on the right, original on the middle.
New repro fabric has a closer tone on the color but the texture grid it's smaller and it feels thinner against the original.

The one on the left its a fake too, could you send me a link to those threads Marco? to my knowledge there's no original dark version, through all my collecting years, the one on the middle it's the only original fabric for the LL jawa or are you talking about the variation with dark stitches?

On the first pic from OZIO on the right side. This one looks the same as my childhood Jawa!
But he means it is a fake. I`m confused for a new time as well

But i can repeat: this Jawa (a) is definitive from my childhood.

How about these ?[img][/img][img][/img] I have been unsure about the one on the right for a couple of years now.The material of the cape feels thinner and looks less shiny than my other ledy jawas. The stitching is not a good way to tell real from repro, you can get both narrow and neat as wide and sloppy stitches from the same machine depending on the skills of the person operating the machine.I have even had them under a microscope to count the number of threads per millimeter of the cloth and they match up, but when you see them it's like a brand A vs brand X washing powder commercial.
Is the one on the right one of the new repro's to watch out for ?
