| That is one awesome set of figures Mark, kudos to you for assembling them all and in such gorgeous condition too! I'm still kicking myself for passing up on a set of the cardbacks a while back now. I thought they were incomplete because there was only 10 of them. A bit of info research later and I realised I'd missed out on a superb set to add to my collection. Still, I can live vicariously through your set instead |

| Thanks guys for the great comments. Dax - yup took me a while to realise that the Takara set did not include the Jawa and the DSC and that there were only 10 figures ... except for the Takara variants. Stargeezer - hardest of the Takara line to locate in reasonably good condition would be the Chewie, i think. AJ - Palitoys 12 backs ... Josh - hehehehe - they are arriving in 2 months' time  Will limelight them when they arrive. Would be my coolest set by far. Cord - hopefully, I can complete a Harbert line as well - something you are close to achieving. Keep it up. Cheers, Mark |

cord Hi Cord I am not really a Takara expert but I did get a rarity listing from a well known Japanese collector. This was his opinion - with my own experience added to it:- 1. Han 2. Chewbecca 3. Ben 4. Luke 5. Leia 6. Stormtrooper - Takara variant 7. Darth Vader - Takara variant - white background 8. Sand People 9. Darth Vader 10. R2-D2 11. C-3PO - Takara variant 12. C-3PO Hope this helps. to complete some MOC sets recently and I thought I throw in a limelight of some of these completed sets. So far, I have only had time to photograph the Takara 12 back line with the 3 variants. For this run. my special thanks goes out to Toru (for pre-purchase valuation), Cal (my first Takara MOC), Robbie, Tom and Ricardo (my last Takara MOC).
