Hi Guys,

was on Ebay checking stuff out and i happened to land on a sale for a lose pop up lightsaber r2... i read the description and i just shook my head in disgust.

the seller was offering the figure at a price close to a 100$ and stated that the sticker on the figure and the lightsaber were repros. I mean is an original body of an r2 d2 pop lightsaber worth close to 100$ when everything else is fake? Am i completely off track when i think that this kind of figure should not even be worth a tenth of an original one. If you watch and shop carefully you could get a very decent carded original version for a 150$ more or so.

It just makes me angry to see some people do that....

I wonder if people here are of that opinion on figures with stickers like r2 and r5....

Oh yes, I've seen this kind of behavior many of time on eBay. I guess one would say eBay is the true site for scum and villainy.



Never been a huge fan of repo anything, reseals and what not. I don't think it will ever go away to our dismay. All one can do is educate yourself in the hobby to avoid these kinds of deals that may come your way.
