Day 15 - Country Living
Dear Diary ,
The hippie took me for a ride to see the countryside on the outskirts of Enid ...
Wheat fields are just starting to turn gold ...
Powers being generated ...
and the hippie said I could show a picture of the chickenshack abode ...
it's hell to keep the house heated during the winters but if you get too cold you just cuddle up with a cow
We toured a little Ghost Town called Hillsdale ...
The hippie said that my time in Oklahoma is nearing a end and that there are only a few more diary entries to make about this dreadful place
We will be going to Wakita this weekend which is about 45 miles north of Enid . Wakita is another tiny town but it is where much of the movie 'Twister' was filmed . Several of the houses used in the film are standing there and there is even a Twister museum with a lot of movie props Since Oklahoma is known for Tornados no visit here would be complete without a little Twister history

Great wheat covered landscapes. Starting to like Oklahoma.
The Ghost town pictures will do well in a scene of The Walking Dead.
I have the feeling Tiggy's story is getting a twist now....

Great pics Jim, I enjoyed Tiggy's tour of the old west museum and western film sets
Those wind turbines are an all too familiar site, as we have quite a few of those turbine farms dotted around Cornwall
The little ghost town 'Hillsdale' is a bit creepy and Marco is right, it would make for an excellent Walking Dead backdrop. although I thought that the grass verges were very well kept for a ghost town. I guess the free roaming cattle help keep things looking tidy.

Good point Andy, seems like the Travelling Rebel Soldier in Hoth Battle Gear or TRSHBS-y for short, apart from having a real shit name, seems to be visiting all the worlds boring places
Plus, I ain't seen him wedged in between any fine pairs of tits either.
Grand Canyon pffft, Yosemite pffft, I didn't see him in Scarboroughs finest cafe!
Tiggy still has the sleazy edge here guys!

Day 16 - Sleazy and Creepy
Dear Diary ,
Not a real eventful day but we took a trip to the cemetery to beat the Memorial Day crowd . While we were ther the hippie showed me some glass and metal work he did on the mausoleum . He was a Glazier for a little over 20 years and this was one of the last projects he worked on . He cut and built the aluminum frames and did the complete installation of the frame and glass ...
and yes , the hippie said while he was working on the job he crawled in one of the vaults for the future dead people to give it a "test run"
I also got to see 8 pairs of tits today ...
but it wasn't exactly what I had in mind

Not quite the boobs Tiggy's used to nuzzling.
That's impressive glazing work James. It must be very satisfying to know that it will be appreciated & last for many years to come.

Tiggy was probably expecting 4 girls.
Excellent work on the glass and aluminum frame entrance on the building.

Day 17 - Road Trip To Wakita
Dear Diary ,
On our way to the Twister museum today the hippie showed me a few sites
We went through a tiny town called Jet ...
my guess is that it's some sort of primitive X-Wing Fighter
We saw Yoda's redneck cousin's work truck ...
and the beginning of a Oklahoma Death Star ...
We checked out Great Salt Plains Lake ...
***I am hidden very well in this pic***
Here is the base of the spillway ...
Unfortunately , due to pretty severe drought in this part of the state over the last few years , the Great Salt plains lake isn't nearly as "great" as it use to be
We even took time out to smell the Wild Flowers along the way ...
Tomorrow we will see the 'Twister' museum

So Star Wars is everywhere in Oklahoma after all. Even a Death Star. Great shots!
Great piece of glass and aluminium craftsmanship, James!
BTW: That Rebel Soldier is just no match for Tiggy. I mean, look at him, he is so lame , he can hardly stand on his own and needs to be hold most of the times.
And like Alex mentioned, Tiggy has one two big Unique Selling Points, Rebel Soldier can only dream about in his wildest dreams.

Great updates James and Tiggy, Love the work you did on the death house chief, must be quite something to build something that you can see and be proud of.

Day 18 (Part 1) - Bonus Boobs
Dear Diary ,
Before we bore you to death with the Wakita Twister museum photos the hippie thought it would be nice to introduce you to our neighbors
They dropped by today for a brief visit and were more than happy to spend a little quality time with me
Here's hoping you enjoyed their visit as much as I did
Oklahoma Boob Count : 3 Pairs

Day 18 (Part 2) - Twister
Dear Diary ,
Well here's the Twister museum at last
a tiny museum that has had visitors from all over the States ...
a little model of Aunt Megs house which was located in Wakita in the movie ...
a few movie props and debris ...
and a pinball machine that Bill Paxton donated ...
Just as I was getting ready to leave I ran into some nice small town folk from Kansas ...
They asked if I had seen the museums centerpiece attraction yet and , even though I had a bad feeling that the weather was starting to take a turn for the worse , I thought a few more minutes here couldn't hurt ...
So we went to check out Dorothy I ...
The next thing I know I turn around and my new friends have disappeared ...
and everyone's running for cover ...
Oh shit ...
it's too late for me ...
Nooooooooooo !!!
