Don't know if this is posted in right section so by all means move it. But....
As I would like to upload my collection into the limelight (not huge so don't hold your breath) and I have never used a file/photo sharing site before. What are some of the sites that other members use and would recommend?
Preference is for the simplest to navigate. All input is appreciated
Cheers
Greg

Hi Greg, I moved this to the OT section.
In reply, I use a photobucket account but just for Gifs. For photos I use TIG's Host an Image.
Webshots seems to be a popular choice.
There's a bit of info on uploading pictures in the Faq: http://www.imperialgunneryforum.com/faq
I would also be interested to hear what our members use for uploading images?

I use the servimg in the posting area. It takes pix straight from your computer and uploads em to your post. Just hit browse to hunt for the shots your looking for and hit upload. You'll get 3 choices to choose from, thumbnail, link, and pix. Easy to use and dont have to have another page open to find the pix you want to share except to look through your computer files.

Thanks guys,
I've gone with the photbucket for now, was fairly simple to use. For some reason when trying to upload straight from my pc it's telling me my max size per file is 0mb and won't allow me to upload. I'll have to work on that but for now happy to be able to show off some pics.

That's good you're sorted now Just be careful with Photobucket as I seem to remember if you move a photo on there to another folder or delete it then it will kill the link - and all your photos you've posted up on places like here will disappear.

Pauls correct on that. If you want to put a pix in a folder that its going to stay in, do it before posting. Photobucket is good, but when you want to shift things around, it totally sucks for forum use. And as was stated, if you delete it from there, it will also be a dead link here.
